We do not refund for change of mind.
Please hold on to your proof of purchase (ie. receipt) as it will be required to return and receive a refund on your items.
You may return it within 7days of receiving your item. Once we have received your items in their original condition, we will process your refund. This will be completed no later than 48 hours after your items arrive. We will call you to arrange the refund and will be automatically issued with an Online Store CREDIT in the form of a credit slip.
If an item is faulty, or has been damaged in shipment, please contact us ASAP on 1300 917 242 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will happily cover all postage costs to replace it with an identical item whenever possible. If you do not want the replacement item, then this however is considered to be a change of mind and a store credit will be issued.
