Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept back orders for out of stock products? No. If we don’t have the product stocked in our warehouse, then we will place the status as "out of stock" on our website.  

Can I place an order over the phone? Certainly, you can contact us at 9480 1300 and select option 2 for Sales & Marketing, and you will be redirected to one of our sales representatives.  

What forms of payment do you accept? PayPal & Credit card payment through NAB Transact.  

What if there is a problem with my payment method? Unfortunately, your order will not be processed until payment has been successful, and therefore if there is any problem related with payment, please feel free to contact us at info@raydel.com.au or call us on 9480 1300 and select option 1 for customer service and one of our members will be able to support you.  

How are orders shipped? Once you place an order, we will aim to process it internally within 1 business day and organise to have your order dispatched from our warehouse by the next day. It will then be delivered to you using one of our trusted couriers.  

How can I track my order? Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse we will send you an email including a tracking delivery number in which you will be able to track your delivery every step of the way.  

How long does it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times will vary based on location, but you will be able to track your delivery once we have dispatched from our warehouse.  Please note that all delivery companies have been experiencing some delays due to disruptions caused by COVID, but we do aim to get your order to you within the shortest amount of time.  

What are your international shipping options and costs? We provide international shipping at a flat rate of AU$25.00, and provide free international shipping for orders over AU$300.00  

Do you know if the products can be lawfully imported into my country? The Site and the Services, including the information provided on the Site, are designed for and intended for users in Australia only. We make no representation that the Site or the Services are applicable to, appropriate for, or available to users in locations outside Australia. Accessing the Site and the Services from territories where the content is illegal is prohibited.If you choose to access the Site and the Services from a location outside Australia, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 

What is your return policy? We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged.
