Once you place an order, we will aim to process it internally within 1 business day and organise to have your order dispatched from our warehouse by the next day. It will then be delivered to you using one of our trusted couriers.

Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse we will send you an email including a tracking delivery number in which you will be able to track your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery times will vary based on location, but you will be able to track your delivery once we have dispatched from our warehouse.  Please note that all delivery companies have been experiencing some delays due to disruptions caused by COVID, but we do aim to get your order to you within the shortest amount of time.  

We provide international shipping at a flat rate of AU$25.00, and provide free international shipping for orders over AU$300.00
