Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Information

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Shipping within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available in select areas)
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 AUD

International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Shipping times vary by location but please expect approximately 7 -10 days to receive your order.  Please note that orders to the USA will incur a 10% import tariff applied at the check out.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional postal or courier delays may occur. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@raydel.com.au with your order number and we’ll assist you promptly.


Returns & Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Change of Mind Returns

Given we are a GMP licensed manufacturer and operate under these guidelines, we are unable to accept returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@raydel.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
